Rajendra Trivedi, M.D. is a family physician who has been practicing in Danville for almost twenty years. He completed his training in Family Medicine at the St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, PA in 1995. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. His clinical interests are in alternative care and community health. On his free time, Dr. Trivedi enjoys cooking, music, cycling, and painting. He is married with two daughters.
Claudia Perkins, F.N.P. joins Dr. Trivedi in treating the Danville community. She is an acute and family care certified nurse practitioner with many years experience. She received her Masters degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and her post-masters training from Old Dominion University. Her practice arena is internal medicine.
Kenny D. Sage, C.M.T., also joins Memorial Family Care to provide alternative care. Kenny is a certified massage therapist with expertise in treating headaches, migraines, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder pain, automobile accident injuries, arthritis, stress, breathing problems, and fatigue.
